Download MEMOTE from Google PlayStore on the mobile which you want to control give the necessary permissions to the app.
You can sign in with your Google account or if you don’t want to reveal your personal information..Click on Just a Visitor and set your password.
Once you login,Click on Top Left corner and click on Setup.
Give all the necessary permissions.
TURNING ON WIFI :
Once it is done, Come to Home screen and Click On TURN ON WIFI.
You can see the command for Turning On Wifi. Here it is wifion. If you wish to change the command you can change it to WifiTurnOn or whatever you want.
Now, Pick up another mobile and Type as shown below.

Send the above message to the mobile in which Memote is installed and the magic happens. Once the message is received,You can see that Wifi turning on automatically.
You can perform many actions like Turning Wifi Off,Getting the list of missed calls etc. The icing on the cake is once the app is installed, you can switch off the internet and perform all the actions.
