Ever since Face Recognition was introduced with One Plus 5T Mobiles, One Plus had been the Talk of the Town for quite sometime now. Recently, One Plus had enabled OxygenOS 5.0.1 for One Plus 3 and One Plus 3T Mobiles. Ever since this new OS is installed on the One Plus 3 and One Plus 3T Mobiles, many users had reported that an app called “Factory Mode” is being labelled as “Harmful App”.
This App was previously called as “Engineer Mode” and there are quite some bugs in the app. Developers had fixed them and then after the introduction of new Oxygen OS, the app was marked as “Harmful”.
This app is actually used for rooting and will help users to access many more options on the smartphone. Google alleged that the app had violated some of the conditions of Google Playstore and that’s why they had marked them as “Harmful”. But, Google is just informing Users that this app might be harmful and its sole discretion of users to use the app or not.
