Whatsapp the most used Messenger App is on Update Spree these days. It has introduced many updates and “Delete for Everyone” is the latest. And here is one more feature that will be added to Whatsapp in Near Future.
“Record” Option in Whatsapp is one of the most used options. Whenever an user wants to convey more information or is in not in a mood to type, they will use this “Record” to convey their information. But, one has to press and Hold the Record Button till the User completes recording. This is very irritating at times to hold the button for longer times.
Here is a superb feature that whatsapp is bringing where if User press and hold the Record button for 0.5 Sec, Use will get an Option with “Lock” symbol and upon Clicking it, Record Mode is enabled and User can start Recording. There is no need to press and Hold the Record option till the recoding is completed. But there are some limitations too like one cannot type a message while recording is going on or one cannot shift to another chat while recording.
Currently, this feature is in testing stage and will be rolled out to all users in near future.
