Whatsapp had launched another New Feature for its ever increasing User Base across the world. Whatsapp started as messaging platform and now it has the features of video and audio call. But, Users can’t be able to switch between audio and video calls. They should cut the call to toggle between audio and video calls.
But now as this new feature is introduced, Now Users can toggle between audio and video calls on Whatsapp. But, this feature is available only on Beta Version and it is yet to be rolled out to all users. To use this feature, both the users should have the Beta Version of the App.
Users had the “Message” option previously which is now replaced with “Video” Button so that Users can toggle to video and audio calls alternatively. But, the other user should accept the “Video” or “Audio” Call. As of now, it is reported that this feature is available for Android Version 6.0.1 and above. If you are using Whatsapp now, try force closing the app and open the app and you might get this feature.
